Why do you list price in Dollars and Yen?

Good question! Some of the koi that we have up for sale or auction are still in Japan. The purchase price of the koi and shipping rates from Japan remain in yen and with the volatility of the exchange rate in recent years, it's necessary that we list the price in yen in order to protect against fluctuations in currency markets.

If you are unfamiliar with the value of the yen, then we can recommend this link:

Yahoo Currency Converter

which is setup to convert the US Dollar to Yen. You can easily switch it to other currencies as well.

Why isn't any sales tax displayed?

Kokugyo Network is based in and incorporated in Delaware where there is no sales tax. There is also no tax if you buy directly at our farm, so you save money there as well!
